Information For Authors

IJOER is a free access e-journal published biannually for international scholars, practitioners, students and others who are interested to learn more about the ‘Open Educational Resources' in education. IJOER is dedicated to offer a platform for exchanges of ideas to strengthen the theories and practical aspects of the ‘Open’, issue. Although each issue is uniquely theme-oriented, the Editors will still consider exceptionally interesting articles that discuss broad topics of technology in education beyond specific issue theme.



Those who are interested to contribute their articles, please submit the article in an electronic format to the Editor. The Editor then will select two reviewers from the International Board of Reviewers for blind review. They will follow this guidelines.



To be considered for the upcoming issue, it is highly encouraged for the manuscript to be submitted at least six months prior. For details on technical guidelines, kindly refer here. To understand how the publishing system works, please read About this Publishing System.
